These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ev777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the ev777 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ev777 Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may apply from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ev777 platform. ev777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The ev777 platform is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• Each person may register and maintain only one account on ev777. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ev777 or any company within the ev777 group. Such individuals are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gameplay.

ev777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified. Any funds in an ineligible account may be withheld pending investigation.

To access real-money features on ev777, you must complete registration and pass the required KYC verification steps. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and current. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, including persons claiming to be ev777 support representatives. Legitimate ev777 staff will never request your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you report a security breach to ev777 support. Upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access, you must contact ev777 support immediately.

ev777 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the platform. However, you are solely responsible for the security of the device from which you access your account. ev777 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other service.

ev777 processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available in the cashier section of your account. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or other approved method) that is registered in your own name. ev777 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from an account registered to another person will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction may apply and are displayed in the cashier. ev777 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the deposit source where possible. ev777 processes most withdrawal requests on the same calendar day they are submitted, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. ev777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• ev777 is not a bank. Funds held in your ev777 account are player funds maintained for the purpose of gameplay on the platform. These funds do not earn interest and are not covered by any deposit protection or financial services compensation scheme.

ev777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ev777 may freeze the account and conduct an investigation before releasing funds. Players will be informed of the reason for any delay where permitted by applicable law.

ev777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the ev777 KYC verification process and whose accounts are in good standing. Bonuses may not be claimed by players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under investigation.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover condition) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific terms of that offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• ev777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and subject to an active wagering requirement will not be retrospectively cancelled.
• Bonuses may only be used for gameplay on ev777. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or used in a manner that ev777 determines to be bonus abuse. ev777 defines bonus abuse as any strategy or behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gameplay intent.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once through multiple accounts or through the use of a new account following a previous account closure is prohibited and constitutes fraud.

ev777 may run time-limited seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and international cricket tournaments. These promotions will carry their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer. In all cases, the general bonus terms in this clause apply as a minimum standard.

ev777 provides access to a variety of gaming products including live casino, sports betting, slots, crash games, and card games. The following terms apply to all gameplay on the platform:

• All games on ev777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, whose own game rules and RTP figures apply. ev777 makes no warranty as to the outcome of any individual game round.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the ev777 system, the odds at which it was placed are fixed for that wager. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at ev777's discretion, including but not limited to situations involving live data delays or suspected irregular betting activity.

Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error on ev777's side, any staked amount for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• ev777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data feed corruption, manipulation, or where a bet was placed in error by the platform. Winnings derived from a voided bet or game will not be paid. Players will be notified of any void decision that affects their account.

ev777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on their account. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately but may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a time-out, the player cannot access their account, place bets, or receive promotional communications.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion, which closes the account for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible within the self-exclusion period.

All accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification, and ev777 will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21. • Money laundering or any use of ev777 for the purposes of disguising, transferring, or layering funds derived from unlawful activity. ev777 will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ev777 staff or other players, including through in-game chat functions or customer support channels.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an advantage or to extract funds from the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported immediately to ev777 support and must not be exploited.

ev777 employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ev777 may take immediate action including account suspension, withholding of funds pending investigation, permanent account closure, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

ev777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following are non-exhaustive grounds upon which ev777 may act:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or KYC obligations.
• A request by the player to close their account, including a self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools or directly to ev777 support.
• ev777's determination, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable regulatory, financial, reputational, or security risk to the platform or to other players.

Upon account closure, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the absence of any active fraud investigation. ev777 will endeavour to process final balance returns within 14 business days of account closure.

All content on the ev777 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of ev777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ev777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any ev777 content without express prior written consent from ev777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ev777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ev777 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if ev777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ev777's total aggregate liability to any player for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ev777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

ev777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on ev777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ev777 uses personal data to operate the platform, verify player identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support. ev777 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game providers where strictly necessary for the delivery of platform services. All data processing by ev777 is conducted with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards in place, including SSL encryption in transit and access controls on stored data. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, ev777 will provide written reasons for its decision upon request.
